James Doyle is an associate in the Dallas office of Cash Klemchuk Powers Taylor LLP. James is a trial attorney whose practice includes the representation of various business entities and individuals in disputes involving a variety of matters including intellectual property, insurance coverage, personal injury, construction/design defect, products liability, state regulatory issues, breach of contract, general negligence and other business torts. James represents clients in pre-litigation, as well as before trial and appellate courts, arbitrators, and mediators. James has had primary responsibility for all aspects of trial and pre-trial preparation including pre-litigation analysis, demand, negotiation, and claim resolution; institution of litigation; depositions; discovery; mediation; motion practice; settlement negotiations; and strategic planning of litigation. James has successfully argued motions and appeals before various courts in Texas, and has experience trying cases in both a lead and assistant capacity.
