Bhaveeni’s practice focuses on assessing, managing and protecting intellectual property with an emphasis on litigating patent, trademark, copyright, and trade-secret disputes. Bhaveeni develops intellectual asset management and competitive intelligence systems for technology companies with a particular focus on providing such tools to start-up and medium-sized companies. In addition, Bhaveeni’s practice includes negotiating and enforcing intellectual property licenses and technology agreements as well as designing and conducting intellectual property due diligence and audits in conjunction with corporate compliance programs and merger and acquisition deals.
